I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who integrates evidence-based approaches including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and additional modalities as clinically indicated—to support meaningful healing and growth.

Whether you’re working through trauma or PTSD, disordered eating or eating disorders, body-image concerns, anxiety, OCD, depression, relational challenges, or significant life transitions, I provide a warm, affirming virtual space where you can feel understood, gain insight, strengthen self-trust, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, trying new foods and restaurants, hosting supper clubs, experiencing live music, and traveling. I also love the outdoors, whether I’m hiking, camping, paddleboarding, kayaking, or running.
