15 Minute Consultation
The 15-minute free consultation is a brief, no-pressure conversation designed to help us determine if we are a good fit for one another. During this time, you can introduce yourself, share what brings you to counseling, and ask any questions about my approach, methods, or telehealth setup. While it’s not a therapy session, it’s a chance to discuss your goals, get clarity on the process, and decide if working together feels right. Conducted via secure video or phone, the consultation is completely free and comes with no obligation to continue. Think of it as a friendly introduction, a space to feel heard, get answers, and take the next step toward support with confidence.
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy sessions are 55 minutes long and provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. During sessions, we work collaboratively to identify challenges, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, ACT, IFS, and TF-CBT. Whether you’re navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating-related concerns, or life transitions, sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. These sessions are conducted via secure telehealth, allowing you to engage in therapy from the comfort and privacy of your own space. Each session is an opportunity to gain insight, practice new strategies, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and authentic. $175/session.
